Privacy & cookies

Last updated: 1 October 2026

This policy explains how BISEStats handles information when you use the public results-statistics website at bisestats.com and www.bisestats.com. For questions or privacy requests, email [email protected].

BISEStats provides independent examination-result analysis and is not affiliated with an examination board. This policy covers the main statistics website. Separate tools or services on other subdomains may have additional privacy information.

Information used by the website

Why information is used

Information is used to deliver and protect the website, diagnose problems, understand how visitors use reports, support the site through advertising, remember privacy choices, and answer enquiries. Where consent is required for cookies, analytics or personalised advertising, the relevant processing depends on your choice. Necessary website delivery, security and handling enquiries may rely on legitimate interests or applicable legal obligations.

Cookies, Google Analytics and advertising

The site uses Google Analytics to understand website usage and is configured for Google AdSense advertising. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to store information on your device, measure advertising, and personalise ads where permitted. Advertising availability also depends on Google's approval and serving decisions.

For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the website sets advertising and analytics storage consent to denied by default. Google's consent management platform is used to collect and communicate choices when a consent message is available. Optional storage remains subject to those choices.

The Google tags use advanced Consent Mode. When consent is denied, Google may still receive limited, cookieless measurement signals. Denying consent is therefore not a promise that all requests to Google stop. Non-personalised or limited ads may still be shown when permitted.

Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services, Google's privacy policy, and Google's use of cookies. The consent message's vendor controls identify participating advertising partners and their stated purposes.

Your choices

Where a consent message is displayed, you can consent, decline consent or manage individual options. You can revisit your decision through Google's Privacy and cookie settings link at the bottom of a results page where that link is available. Withdrawal changes future consent-based processing; it does not undo processing that already took place.

You can also manage or delete cookies in your browser and review Google's advertising preferences. Deleting cookies may remove saved choices and cause the consent message to appear again. Refusing optional consent does not prevent access to BISEStats result reports.

This policy page does not load Google advertising, Analytics or consent-message scripts. Return to a results page to use the consent controls. If those controls are unavailable, contact us at [email protected].

Service providers and international processing

The website uses Cloudflare for traffic delivery and protection and Google for analytics, advertising and consent management. Information can be processed by these providers and advertising partners in countries outside your own. Their privacy information describes their processing and relevant international-transfer safeguards. See Cloudflare's privacy policy and the Google links above.

Retention

Retention varies with the purpose and provider: technical records, analytics information, consent records and correspondence have different lifetimes. We retain correspondence and operational information as needed to address the relevant enquiry, maintain security or meet applicable obligations. Provider-managed cookies and records are subject to the provider's settings and retention policies. Contact us for information about a particular record or a deletion request.

Result statistics and privacy requests

The public reports present aggregate examination statistics from published board information and processed result evidence. If you believe a report exposes personal information or contains an error, send us the page URL and a description of the issue. Do not send more personal data than is needed to identify the concern.

Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data, restrict or object to processing, request portability, withdraw consent, or complain to a data-protection authority. Email [email protected] to make a request. We may need information to verify and locate the request.

Updates

We may update this page when website features or privacy practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
