Minor unresolved outcomes
Subject-level unresolved results remain in coverage counts and do not become passes or failures.
The supplied Sahiwal Class 11 gazette is candidate-only: published board, district, institution, group and subject statistical sections are absent. All corresponding CSVs are header-only SOURCE_MISSING; absent tables are not imported or interpreted as zero.
Board overall figures aggregate all 40,406 accepted retained marksheets joined one-to-one to the selected gazette:23,311 PASS and 15,924 FAIL form 39,235 classified appeared. 1,080 absent, one cancelled and 90 administrative/unresolved records are excluded from the pass-rate denominator. This is a labelled calculated population, not a published board headline.
Institution membership uses only an unambiguous exact normalized printed-name match to same-board HSSC reviewed catalogues or validated affiliation evidence.271 institutions cover 35,927 linked records.103 named records with unmatched or ambiguous labels stay outside institution/district totals.3,211 district-only labels are not assumed private;1,165 source-status-only cards lack an institution label.
District totals and subject references pool exact linked institutions in that district. They cover a subset and do not reconcile to the full-board candidate population; rates use total passed divided by total classified appeared, never an average of school rates.
Subject outcomes use printed PASS / Less Than 33% statuses; absent component values take precedence. Six withheld cards contribute 42 subject rows retained in coverage but excluded from ordinary outcomes and averages. Four source-verified Part I practical-layout cards contain 32 subjects with theory PASS and any printed practical P; each subject is counted once. Theory/practical totals and printed subject maxima are reconciled before averaging.
Average marks and percentages use available numeric printed subject totals and printed subject maxima; real zeroes remain numeric and absence/missing values never become zero. Group results are unavailable; no candidate groups are invented.
11th and 12th 2026 are different cohorts and exam scopes. Class 12 context uses the same exact institution code where available and retains its reviewed linked-result reference population; differences do not measure student progression.
